Order Protection Claims
Your order qualifies for a claim if any of the following apply:
- Stolen during transit
- Delivered but not received
- Lost in transit
- Damaged on arrival
- Wrong item received
- Wrong address due to carrier error
Returns and Exchanges
If your situation does not meet the Order Protection conditions above, you can request a return or exchange within 90 days of purchase.
Common scenarios:
- Wrong address entered at checkout
- Returned to sender
- Defective item not related to shipping damage
- Carrier did not receive the package
- Product not as described
- Late shipping
- Missing items in the shipment
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- A tracking number is required for verification
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable
- Returns without valid tracking may be eligible for store credit only

If an order does not qualify for a claim or a standard return, the sale may be considered final. In such cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
